With January 1, 2016 a lot of changes are coming to Best Western Rewards. If you are already a Best Western Rewards Member, you probably already received the e-mail update about the changes, which are as followed.

  1. Points are easier to earn and nearly all rates qualify to earn points
  2. Simpler to use Points for free nights. Points needed depend on where you stay and peak or off-peak season.
  3. All the benefits will be equal around the globe. You will exactly know what perks to expect around the globe
  4. There will be a new membership level – Diamond Select. You can achieve it with 50 nights, 40 stays or 50.000 points earned in a calendar year. It will earn you 50% bonus points on stays.

I like Best Western, because the offer affordable room rates for decent hotels. My first hotel stay in the United States was in a Best Western.
