If you around Munich in Germany and you love cars and history, you have to visit the BMW Welt (Welt = World) and the museum. Both are located right next to the famous BMW Tower near the “Olympia Park”. The park is a great place to hang out and enjoy the sunshine. There are alway festivals and events going on in the park.

But now back to the BMW Welt. The admission to the BMW Welt is free of charge. Once inside, you can see the newest cars, bikes and technologies developed by BMW and experience it on simulators. Sit in one of the many cars show-cased here and experience the luxury of this brand. There is a huge Fan-Shop, where you can buy all kind of brand products, from a model car to clothing, bags and other neat products.

You also can buy tickets to the Museum or even a Plant-Tour. The prices are available on the BMW Welt Homepage. I can highly recommend to do the Plant-Tour, it is amazing. You get to see how the cars get built and it is the only factory, which builds cars on multiple levels.

If you are hungry, visit the restaurant on the upper level or the café at ground level. They serve Bavarian specialties and it is an authentic Bavarian food experience.

The BMW World hosts many events and details can be found on the website.

Make sure if you ever get to Munich, that you will visit this place here. You won’t regret it.
