A couple of days ago I blogged about that you can ask TSA questions on Facebook Messenger and Twitter. In general, this is an awesome idea. Most of us have an account at least at one of this two main social networks.

I asked TSA a question on Monday the 19th of September and haven’t received an answer. It was not a very complicated question where you would have to do research for two years to answer it.

This morning I asked them simply:

TSA are you alive?

They were not even able to answer this question. Maybe the nation is in a major crisis where TSA has it’s hands full and nobody knows about it or they already canceled this service. Their Facebook Page hasn’t seen a post since July 7th, 2016.

At this point, I can recommend you to not even try to waste your time by getting answers via Facebook Messenger.

Let’s see what happens on Twitter. This post will be mentioned to @AskTSA on Twitter and let’s see if they will reply.
