Travel season is here and you might have to go on a plane to reach your vacation destination. Baggage fees can be quite expensive if you can’t get them waived like as a frequent flyer.
Best Western would like to help you out.
Their #BWBaggageBucks Promotion runs from August 1st until September 30th and they will give you a $25 USD Best Western gift card if you meet the following criteria.
- You need a baggage fee receipt of a commercial airline
- An eligible stay at any Best Western in North America*
- You must be a Best Western Rewards member
*An “eligible stay” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as any stay (i.e., one or more consecutive nights) at the same Best Western branded hotel with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, a stay booked through a tour operator, and a stay booked at a special discounted rate (see BWR program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Only one (1) check-in/check-out permitted per eligible stay. Eligible stays started before or completed after the Promotion Period, but which include at least one night which occurs during the Promotion Period will be considered eligible stays under the Promotion.
If you meet all 3 requirements send a copy of your baggage fee receipt and your hotel bill to baggagebucks@bestwestern.com by October 4, 2017.
All qualifying participants will receive their gift card around October 16, 2017. You can earn a maximum of 2 gift cards per account. The gift cards will expire on January 31, 2018.
