I hope you all had a merry Christmas and some great holidays. I flew back to Germany to visit family and friends and it didn’t look at all as we would ever get snow. A couple of days before Christmas (we celebrate Christmas Eve on the 24th of December) it still had +10° C. I never expected to see snow at all before I have to leave again.
Well, that changed on the night of the 25th when it started snowing and kept snowing also until today. It wasn’t snowing straight through, but always for a couple of hours and stopped again. Now we have a beautiful white landscape outside.
Now the holiday season gets to its end and most people don’t want snow anymore. Streets are messy to drive on and everything is just harder when the work commute starts again in a couple of days. I for myself still enjoy the white beauty outside.
I wish all of you a happy and healthy new year…
