My recent plane spotting pictures at Hong Kong International Airport. All the pictures are also on Flickr and other social media sites.
Business brought me to Hong Kong and I was working on barges which are used to build the new Boundry Crossing Facilities near the airport. Planes taking off from runway 07R were basically flying right over my head. This gave me a special viewpoint. Once the new island is completed you will be able to get to the same spot and take pictures. But hell it’s 10 times cooler to do this from a boat. Another great spot for taking pictures of planes taking off is the SkyDeck on the roof of one of the airport buildings. It gives you a great view of planes taking off, the airport and planes taxiing to and from their gates.
Enjoy!
