With flying you can usually earn miles, which you can then use for award flights. But sometimes you have to fly an airline, which you are usually not using or you want to see the best usage of your miles maybe with a partner airline.
There are so many airlines out there now, with many partnerships and alliances and it’s hard to keep an overview of them. But there is a simple website which makes it a bit easier for you.
The site is simply called “wheretocredit.com“. Go to the site and select the carrier you are flying with. Now you will get a selection of partner airlines to which you can credit your miles to. It also tells you which booking class earns how much miles with the partner airline. The list might not be complete, but it is a really helpful service.
Try it out yourself and see.
