Canada Refresh: Win a Free Annual Pass to Canada’s National Parks
Remember 2017 when Canada gave away free annual passes for everyone who wanted to visit? A similar but more limited promotion is back. Under the name “Canada Refresh” Destination Canada and Parks Canada are giving away 4000 Discovery Passes, their annual pass for Canada’s National Parks. However, you have to be a legal resident of the United States. These are the limits I talked about. Since the number of passes that will be given away are limited, I encourage everyone just to take part if they are really planning to travel to Canada.
This giveaway runs from July 6, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2022. You must enter the contest no later than that. All you need to do is to fill out a short form online. The Discovery Pass has a value of $113 USD. Winners will be notified on August 2, 2022.
Competition will be high, as on my recent flight there was an ad running before every movie about this amazing giveaway.
On the same form you can also choose to participate to win a dream nature sabbatical. One lucky winner will win a yearlong sabbatical to Canadas amazing places. This main price has a value of $20.000 USD and includes everything to enjoy your time in Canada, including money for airfare from your home and lodging, equipment needed to fully explore the vastness of Canada’s parks and a travel stipend to cover any additional costs.

I have already signed up for the Canada Refresh giveaway as I have a work trip scheduled for Canada later this year and visiting Canada’s amazing national parks is the perfect way to balance work and life.
