Location
The Admirals Club at STL can be easily missed. It is located right after security to your left. Instinctively you want to proceed towards the concourse after you passed security. However, the club lounge is located right before you enter the concourse area. You have to walk down the hallway to the left right before you enter the concourse and the Admirals Club will be on your right. There are a few signs but the can be easily missed.

Admirals Club St. Louis
After you enter the door to the Admirals Club, you can take the staircase or an elevator upstairs where you will get checked in.
The lounge space is not very large compared to other locations American operates but it was pretty empty during my visit.
Basic amenities you expect from a lounger are given.
Dining
The Admirals Club St. Louis has a decent bar area. There are plenty of dining tables set up between the bar and the food buffet. Great to enjoy a little snack.
Speaking about snacks, that’s more or less all which is offered. However, it is good enough to get a little something in the belly before a long flight. Heck, it still beats the expensive restaurants in the concourse.
Soda, water, coffee and tea are set up next to the buffet as self-serve.
Seating
There were plenty seating options throughout the lounge, from cozy chairs all the way to cubicles to get some work done, if needed.

The area next to the staircase has a large windows which give you a good view of the airport.
Conclusion
For me it was a great visit. The agents even helped me with a baggage issue I had, as I changed my flight to an earlier flight but the bags got tagged for the late afternoon flight. I caught it accidently while checking my boarding pass during the check-in at the lounge. They were able to call their baggage handling team and get mine pulled onto the right flight.
It is a great small place to relax and get away from the bustling airport scenery. Even though, the airport itself didn’t felt very busy itself compared to other places.
