With its many pockets, you can separate your stuff for different gadgets and stow it nice and neat. With its mesh and padded pockets, the bag is perfect for even sensitive electronics such as an external hard-drive. The attachment loops are perfect for all kinds of cords such as a USB-cable for my camera and hard drive. The gusseted front compartment can hold larger items such as a laptop power cord. It also helps me to get through airport security easier. Even so, I have TSA Precheck, some airports still opened my bag with all the cords and gadgets in my carry-on bag. Now it’s well organized and I have a great overview of what I have and can see immediately if something is missing. In airports like LAX, I just pull it out and put it as a separate bag in the x-ray machine. I haven’t had a problem with it so far.
I can even store my ultra-long HDMI cable in this organizer. The HDMI cable helps me to hook up my laptop to the in-room TVs and let me watch my movies on the big screen instead of the laptop screen.
Thanks to the open layout, I can easily recognize if I am missing something. Before I had just a mountain of cables all tangled up into each other. This cost me time to sort them apart and it’s was easy to forget a piece without knowing.
The bag could use another set of attachment loops. These days you have an endless amount of cords and adapter cables. Especially if you work in the creative area. Also, some of the pockets could have some sort of closure so stuff doesn’t slide out.
