Not much of a travel deal, but it’s just too good of an offer to not mention it. I do like gaming, just don’t have enough time anymore to do as much as I used to in the past. Which is a good thing, I suppose. I rather enjoy the great outdoors now and are outside to take pictures. If you are into gaming, especially on the PC, you are in luck this week. From now until September 26, 2019, you can get six awesome Batman games for free. Yes for free. These games together are valued just under 100€ (approx. $110).
For me worth it, as I travel so much and still love to play video games. Being able to play it on a laptop makes it easier, as I have a powerful laptop for all my photo- and video editing. It’s powerful enough to use it for gaming as well. The games are not brand new anymore, but still high quality and well worth it. And if you don’t have time now, why not just collect them and play them when you are ready. Epic Games is giving away free games every week, so make sure you check back regularly. It’s not always high-end games like these or that many, but you can fill your library.
So what do you need to do? Not much! The only requirement is an Epic Games account and you have to download the Epic Game Launcher onto your PC.
Once you have the game launcher installed, log in and click on Store. Scroll down a little bit and you should see the offer. Click on “Free now” and on the next page, you have to first select one of the packages and redeem it by clicking through the “purchase” process. Don’t worry, you won’t get charged. It will show a total price of 0.00€ (USD, or whatever currency your account uses).
The two packages are Batman Arkham Collection and Lego Batman Trilogy. Here the break down for both packages.
Batman Arkham Collection
- Batman: Arkham Asylum
- Batman: Arkham City
- Batman: Arkham Knight
Lego Batman Trilogy
- Lego Batman: The Videogame
- Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes
- Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham
You might own them already on Steam, but you can’t have enough free stuff. So just go ahead and use this offer before it expires. Personally, I think Epic Games is doing a better job, as Steam doesn’t care about their community anymore. Support requests take forever, and then you just get a generic standard response which is not very helpful. At least that’s my experience with Steam lately.
