Lufthansa is the biggest German airline and flies to a variety of destinations around the globe. One of their main hubs is Frankfurt/Main. Lufthansa has a new marketing approach and is currently selling flights in Premium Economy from Frankfurt (FRA) to New York for $793 USD.

They are advertising it as a room in the sky, actually a shared room in the sky. Premium Economy is not too bad to fly Trans-Atlantic to New York. Lufthansa offers great service and amenities. So why is this promotion so interesting? Well, it is offered on AirBnB. AirBnB is a site to find ways to stay overnight, like an apartment, room, house and so on. If you have a spare room, you could rent it out and offer it on AirBnB.

Now Lufthansa thought why not declaring their over-night flight from Frankfurt to New York also as a way to stay for a night.

According to the offer on AirBnB you can book flights in this promotion from August 23, 2016, until December 15, 2016, and you will need to stay a minimum of four days.

See all the details on the AirBnB page.

Here a video of the Premium Economy Class. For more info, you can also check Lufthansa.com.

What do you think? Will you try this offer?
