The 4th annual Comic Con in Salt Lake just ended last weekend and I was lucky enough to attend the event. However, I was only able to attend on the last day, September 3, 2016. Due to my busy work schedule, I couldn’t attend the press conference and the first two days and missed a couple of celebrities like William Shatner and Mark Hamilton.
Even tho I was only able to attend the last day, it was an amazing event with a lot of artists, merchandise, and celebrities for photo ops and more. The best part of such events is meeting like-minded people. A lot of visitors were dressed up in awesome costumes of their favorite characters. Dominating costumes were Deadpool, Star Trek characters, Dr. Who, and Harley Quinn.
Besides the Comic-Con, there is a Comic Con FanXperience at the beginning of each year.
You could buy all kinds of merchandise from T-shirts to costumes, props, paintings and much more.
Besides the main event on the show floor there are always many panels with Q&A sessions with stars, previews, and geeky discussions.
